Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED.

Guests are permitted to bring up to two (2) factory-sealed water bottles up to 1 Liter, per person. Hydroflasks are not permitted.

The following items are prohibited:

• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, spikes of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
• No outside food or drinks
• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) without a photo pass
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm, including spikes of any kind
• No glowsticks or K-Pop light sticks
• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

**Please note that the list of prohibited items is subject to change. The venue reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to these protocols to ensure the safety of the tour, artist, and guests.

The box office is typically open from 5pm-9pm on SHOW DAYS ONLY. For morning or afternoon shows, the box office opens 90 minutes before show time. The Box Office can be reached at (602) 379-2800 or aftboxoffice@livenation.com.

Parking is available in the garage at 4th Avenue and Adams Street (Adams Street Garage). The garage typically opens at 6pm Monday-Friday and is open earlier on weekends.

Spaces are available to purchase online and through the box office. Not applicable for shows during weekdays before 6pm.

Please note that the parking garage is cashless.

We recommend that guests ARRIVE EARLY.

Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time unless otherwise noted. You can check your ticket for the specific time for your show.

Due to safety and security of guests,  camping out over night is NOT PERMITTED.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office, located in front of the building on the corner of 4th Ave. and Washington St.

For will call pickup, please have the following available:
1) Picture ID that matches the pickup name
2) Confirmation number that matches the customer account

All of our events are all ages unless otherwise stated. All children over one year old require a ticket, and children under 1 year old without a ticket must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.

Refunds are automatically issued when an event cancels. Refunds will be provided via the original point of purchase. 

If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.livenation.com/refund for more information.

Support acts are always subject to change, there are no refunds when support acts cancel or change.

No, you can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account.
